One of the worlds most well known summer vacation spots, Cape Cod is famous for, amongst many things, its pristine beaches, lighthouses, surfing, clam chowder, world class fishing and in the most recent years, SHARKS! Steeped in tradition, Cape Cod is rich with history dating back to the 1700’s.The New England seaside way of life is something I’ve not only enjoyed being a part of but photographing as well.I live about a half a mile from the iconic Chatham Fish Pier and I’ve spent many a sunrise down at the Pier with camera in hand. Along the way I’ve had the privilege of getting to know several hard working fishermen and women and have even been out on several commercial trips. The work ethic of the very photogenic fishing community is bar none. Commmercial fishing is really demanding!
